Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Budabo ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Budabo provides an AI-powered chat and intelligence layer that real estate agents embed on their websites. We host the AI, process buyer questions, and deliver insights through your dashboard at app.budabo.io.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person or business entity.

4. Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI or extract training data
• Resell access to the Service without permission
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security

6. Pricing

The Service is currently free during our launch period. When we introduce pricing, you will be notified in advance and given the option to continue or cancel.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You can remove the Budabo widget from your site and delete your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
